...See more Hi everyone. I'm so thankful I found this community to help me and to help other people. I use food to cope with depression and stress a lot. I've tried to, and have had a bit of success, to use other methods, like watching a movie, spending time with friends and my pets, etc. I still have impulse control issues to the point where if I'm fixated on eating something, it won't go away until I eat it. I also use food as a reward and am trying to get away from that as well. Does anyone have any tips or ways they have dealt with this in the past? I'm trying to lose weight for my health overall but also change my lifestyle with eating healthy.
