Hello there! Welcome to 7 Cups, I'm glad you've came to find help and I wish to offer all the help I can give. I want to help you with anything you feel you need help with, and there is no need to be embarrassed. I've been through some tough things myself, so I can promise you a relatable listener and also a comforting shoulder to rest your head on. I am also disabled and available to talk disability with those who are also disabled. I enjoy writing, reading and practicing mindfulness as it allows me to engage myself in the simpler things in life without stressing the other stuff!
