Choral did a great job of using experiences from their own life to relate to what I was going through while still respecting that my experiences are not identical to theirs. They offered some good advice and highlighted some of the positive things I mentioned to help me focus on the good things in my life.
This night has been the worst in a long time. I panicked and didnt know what to do. Then i found this site online and this person sort of saved me. Truly thankful.
Choral was great on replies but they were very minimal, I think it's difficult because I was looking for advice I realised rather than someone t listen to me moan. But she's a 10/10 listener :)
