I am currently studying a Bachelor of Counselling at ACAP and have a strong interest in supporting people through difficult or challenging times. I have also completed training in holistic counselling, wellness coaching and meditation.
I’m naturally empathetic, patient and non-judgemental, and I believe having someone genuinely listen can make a real difference. I enjoy creating a safe space where people feel heard, respected and comfortable sharing what they are going through.
I would love the opportunity to volunteer as a 7 Cups Listener to develop my listening and counselling skills while supporting people who may be feeling lonely, overwhelmed or simply need someone to talk to.
