...See more Hi so I rarely use this platform mainly cos I dont know how to get it to help me. I dont know the posting rule or anything so I aplogize in advance. I have been struggling a lot this past year and have been depressed, anxious with meds from past 3-4 years. I have been very close to end**g it all couple of time. I cant afford an actual therapist so I just dont know what to do. Any help
