Hello all. I usually go by Claerity, or Kat. I am not on very much, so my apologies if I don't reply fast. Please do not take it personally.
I have studied mental health a good amount, and gone through a lot myself. If you need some ideas for what to do, or just someone to validate you, I will try my best.
If you need someone to help guide you through some grounding techniques as well, if you are in a crisis, please feel free to ask.

I have been diagnosed with OCD, PTSD with dissociative symptoms, Other Specified Depression, and Depersonalization/Derealization.
I am an Eastern Orthodox Christian. With regards to this, if you want to talk about religion you can bring it up but I won't unless you do.
I have had multiple experiences with trauma bonds, as well as just crappy people.
I am trying to learn Greek and Polish, and really enjoy books.
