Hello, I'm a mummy to an eight year old and a teacher. I have had mental health problems myself (bipolar disorder for past 15 years) and am now a trained peer support worker, counsellor and a verified listener on here. I've been through a marriage separation myself and have supported others through theirs. I'm now in a long distance relationship with a man on a different continent so understand the pressures of these too. I am happy to listen to you about anything and will always be non-judgemental when doing so :)
