...See more So I've been incredibly emotionally numb for quite a while now, even to my hobbies that I absolutely loved before I didn't feel anything towards. I can't seem to be excited about anything nor really anything about anything. I mean I still laugh, I still have a sense of humor but not really anything like happiness. I thought it was just a phase at first but it just kept going. I did get over something that not many people talk about(not to be a special snowflake just based on my observation) which is my sexual addiction although I'm not sure if entirely and it still makes me feel slightly ashamed so it might have something to do with it. I'm sorry if this is off topic for depression but it did seem quite linked so I didn't know where else to share it to.
