...See more Hi, Im taking a leap of faith with this. Ive been struggling with this since last year and Ive tried getting through it on my own but I have failed every time. Ive been struggling with feeling like Im going to die. I cant sleep. I am constantly worried that Im just going to stop breathing and my world will be over. I cant shake it. When I get sick I think, this is it. This is how it all ends. Im constantly stressed. Im constantly scared. Ive experienced sleep paralysis three times in the past year and each time I feel like Im dying and my brain is the only thing thats alive. I dont know what to do. I dont want to feel like this anymore. Can anyone help? Is it anxiety, or is my body telling me that Im going to die soon?
