...See more Hey so I'm hoping someone can help me out. Ive been feeling happy around friends and some family weather it be in person or online,but when i feel by myself i feel like all im doing is masking the fact the im somewhat stressed a bit. When im by myself i feel guilty that i havent been motivated to do school work or do chores like clean my room, it all feels overwhelming to start it but its also overwhelming to see myself procrastinating. I get so overwhelmed that i feel immobilized somewhat and too anxious and just kinda disappointed in myself for feeling the way i do Any feedback is appreciated
