I need help understanding my Anxiety Tics.

...See more So every time I remember something embarrassing for my life ( which by the way happens almost every single day) I tend to have a tourette's like tic. Now I don't have tourette's. But every time that I remember something embarrassing that I have said or done in my past life or even recently I tend to say or do things that I don't mean. Now what are we coming on here if they weren't so embarrassing. I tend to yell or quietly say phrases or words mother, mom, or even Mommy milkers (don't ask.) Another is cuckoo or I hate myself. And the last one is I will stick the finger and I level anywhere whether it be at a person or not. If anybody knows what this is I would really like to know so gives me a peace of mind. And if so how to stop these because it's coming to the point that I think people at work are going to hear me.
