...See more Hi all, new here and just wanted to ask about the best first steps. I’ve lived with anxiety for a number of years now, and I’ve never been able to talk to anyone about it. It’s getting to the point where it’s affecting my relationships, and I feel like I can never truly be honest with those around me. I just wanted to gauge how anyone with anxiety started out getting help, and started working through any issues rather than just bottling them up and making them all worse. Any information or advice would be much appreciated.
