Hey there folks, I go by Cole if it wasn't obvious. I've personally been dealing with my depression for roughly six years, give or take. I also have some anxiety problems, and some developing sleeping and eating problems due to my depression and anxiety. Those aren't nearly as bad though and are more recent problems.
I hope any of you reading this have a splendid day though! We all deserve the good days after all.
