Bio

Hello Friends! I'm easing back into being a Listener after almost a year long absence. Over the next few weeks, I will be refreshing & completing the training courses and hopefully get a few mock-chats completed before taking requests. Also, I'm hoping to regain my Group Mod badge eventually.

A lot of things have changed in my life & with 7cups. I'm hoping that after I reexplore the site, I will still find it to be compatible with me. I'm also hoping to reconnect with Listeners & Members that are still active on 7cups from last summer. Please drop me a message to say 'hi.'

For now, I'll leave my bio as it is. I'll write a fresh one when I'm ready to fully commit to the role of Listener. I thank you for your patience while I rediscover the beauty of this site. I am NOT a licensed or trained therapist. I have learned what I know from personal experience (usually the hard way), therapy/counselling I have attended- individual & group, peer support, friends' experience, intuition, and what I've learn from attending university- psychology & social work courses.
I have completed a suicide intervention course, ASIST, that is nationally recognized.
I look forward to listening to your story, at your own pace. Please tell me what you need, I'm here to listen.
