I am a teacher, a yoga instructor, a massage practitioner, and I have been through many challenges. I raised my son as a single parent, I have never been married, had countless heartbreaks and picked myself up through them. I know people need people and I am happy to be here for others.

...See more Hey all! I wanted to add this thread because I think it is important to remember young people aren't the only ones who have problems with finding healthy and happy relationships. This thread if for those of us over 40 who have still made bad relationship choices so we can talk about why we made them, what we did wrong, and how to begin, in the second half of our life to really love ourselves, spend our time with people who value us, and not let in destructive relationships anymore.
