I really enjoy working with this mod. They have been at 7cups for a while, they keep on improving. One area they need to work on, is accepting praise, every so often. It is ok to be proud of yourself. They are a humble person, I know, and they do what they do for the membership, which is nice and all, but it is also important to accept some praise, every so often. But all in all, they are doing a good job as a communityMod
mod aaron keeps us safe in rooms and is quick to reply. His presence is helpful to keep the atmosphere safe

Dear Aaron, There are no words for what you have done for this community and the people in it. you are by all means one of my favorite mods. you do not care to support people and be very active while on your shift making us all feel safe and calm and appreciated. i don’t think anyone has ever actually felt alone during your shifts because you don’t let that happen. Very helpful. Always there when you need them. Hard working. Reliable. Never complains about how hard the job, of Community Mod, is. Always helpful. Shows a lot of grit and is always looking out for Members safety. They do not take there roll, lightly.

Noraa is an amazing mod. I cannot even bring to words how amazing he is. He has helped me so much even if he does not know it. Just his presence being here and being around makes me happy. I know now he isn't on much anymore but he is such a great mod and I really hope he starts coming on more. When he is on I smile because I know I am safe, I know that when he is modding he will keep me safe because he is such an amazing mod. His leadership skills are amazing. He has helped me believe in myself. He is so kind, helpful, compassionate, positive, professional, funny, and has amazing active listening skills. Thank you so much Noraa!
