Trying to become a "listener".

...See more I'm trying to fill in the information on becoming a listener. I've followed the steps giving in the link that was sent to my email. I'm confused as to why it's not letting me use my name that I use in the rooms as my listener name. Is that a glitch, or am I supposed to now have two names, and two passwords? I don't understand. I figured that my chatter name had to be the same as my listener name. Also, it wouldn't allow for me to use one of the pictures that we were supposed to have the option of using for our profile picture. Is that a glitch, too?
