Bio
Hello, I’m Consty. I’m a warm, patient, and compassionate person who believes that sometimes what someone needs most is simply a safe person who is willing to listen.
I enjoy listening to people, understanding their experiences, and offering encouragement without judgment. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued.
Through my experience working with people from different backgrounds, I have learned the importance of patience, empathy, confidentiality, and treating everyone with dignity. I’m comfortable having thoughtful conversations and being present with someone who may be going through a difficult or lonely moment.
I’m here to listen, not to judge or tell you what you should do. I’m not a therapist or mental-health professional, but I’m committed to learning and following 7 Cups’ guidelines so that I can provide supportive and respectful peer listening within my role.
Whether you’re having a difficult day, feeling lonely, dealing with stress, or simply want someone to talk to, you’re welcome to reach out. I’ll do my best to listen with kindness, patience, and understanding.
