Im matt  im 43  from United-kingdom, I am  AUDHD (Autistic Adhd) and part of the  LGBTQ community, 

I was diagnosed with Adhd when i was  around 6-7 years old and   then  found out in my  late 20's that i also may have  autism which has been  quite a  struggle  to  get a diagnoses as the  ADHD  masks the  Autism part and the autism also may  mask the ADHD  which can often mask the  underline symptoms and and signs of  autism  massively But i  dont let that  stop me doing my day to day  routine  that i enjoy doing working as a  chef and   other  various things like body-boarding,Surfing, Kayaking, Exploring the   outside world  learning of new places to  go of amazing beauty  (with my trusted camera of course :P)
