What brings you to this cosmic bunny's steading?
Stress? Burn Out or Rust Out? Too much to do or can't seem to get a move on? A broken heart? Getting tired of the person you've become? Family issues? Everybody's got baggage. The important thing is to accept that you do and be willing to make some changes. Talking to someone can be the first step towards change because as you try to put into words, the tangled up cluster of thoughts and past events and people and feelings in your head, you also end up pulling it all apart one by one, laying it right in front of you, sorted. And soon enough, everything falls into place :)

I had a wonderful chat with her. she took the extra time and effort to understand me and my situation, and didn't take anything at face value. as somebody who has trouble opening up about my situation and troubles, i felt comfortable with her and could trust her. she is one of the best listeners i have had and i've felt so much better since talking to her
