I’m the person people tend to find when they need to talk—sometimes even strangers. I don’t think that’s by accident. I listen to understand, not to respond, and I’ve learned that being fully present with someone can matter more than having the ‘right’ words. I’m patient, calm under pressure, and comfortable sitting with difficult emotions without trying to rush people through them.

In my own life, I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone feels truly heard, especially during moments when they might otherwise feel alone. That’s what draws me to this work. I want to offer a space where people don’t have to filter themselves or carry everything by themselves for a while.

I take this kind of role seriously—showing up consistently, respecting boundaries, and meeting people exactly where they are. If someone reaches out, I want them to feel like they landed in the right place.
