New to 7cups and hoping for connection and community support ...to give and receive...during these changing times. I am a lover of nature, healthy living, sunshine, my family, cats, Disney, reading, yin yoga, travel, gardening, protecting our earth and so much more. I got sober in early 2017 after drinking all my life and that brings me great pride. I also quit smoking 12 years ago, a big accomplishment. I will be 60 soon and am a proud Mom, step mom and grandmother.
