Hello! I'm Courtney :) I've always been very interested in mental health and have some issues myself, so my knowledge is quite broad. I'm willing to support anyone, and I will try my very best to help! Every single one of you are worth something, stay strong .
I have mental illnesses myself, including binge eating disorder, depression, anxiety and psychosis. Because of this I'd say that I understand more than someone who hasn't gone through it. I also have a disability called asperger syndrome which is a form of autism, so I know a lot about that too.
