My favorite conversations are those that are genuine, honest and thought-provoking, but that also leave you feeling seen, accepted and held.

I'm comfortable talking about anything and everything, but I feel I can provide the most valuable support for topics related to relationships, family dynamics, pet loss, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ (specifically transgender), and PTSD. I'm a huge proponent of Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Somatic Therapy and Narrative Therapy styles. If you're just looking for some company, that's fine by me too, although I do sometimes prioritize therapeutic over casual conversation if there are folks who need it 🙏
