...See more I am proud of myself because I was discharged from the psychiatric hospital. That means that I am in recovery and am no longer feeling suicidal or as depressed. :)

...See more My therapist gave me Mindfulness Meditation for 5 minutes a day--and it is actually making me feel calmer the rest of the day. I have chronic physical pain and emotional distress. This makes me feel like I am more capable of doing what I want to do during the day, and helps me make better decisions. :) 
Scoliosis

...See more My friend has scoliosis and it squishes her organs and causes her daily pain. She is deeply depressed for the first time in her life. Luckily she is raising money through her gofundmeaccount, and has made enough to get treatment that was recommended to her by someone else who also had scoliosis. My sister had the condition in high school and wore a back brace and it was really embarassing for her and I remember her crying in the bedroom. I have sympathy for those who have gone through it and empathy for their families <3 Take care of yourself. <3
