Hi, I'm a trained active listener and the Director of Research at 7 Cups!

I'm genuinely curious about people, what motivates us, and why. On 7 Cups, I research a variety of things from what you want out of wellness tests to what motivates you to be loyal members of the community and generally how we can make things better. If you have a research idea, I'm open to it!  

When it comes to listening, I enjoy supporting issues around relationships, children and parenting, big life decisions, career dilemmas, health and a broad spectrum of wellness issues.
