I am someone who believes that everyone deserves to be heard without judgment, and that no one should ever feel invisible in a world of seven billion people.

I am hear to offer a compassionate ear, encouragement,  and a safe space where you can share what's on your mind at your own pace.

Whether you're celebrating a win, or working through a difficult day, or just need someone to talk to, I'm happy to listen. 

Outside of volunteering,  I enjoy reading, writing, knitting, cooking, and my happy place is the ocean. I like eclectic art and people who have discovered the joy of being themselves in a world that favors cookie cutter plastic people.
