Greetings, my name is Benjamin "Ben for short" and I'm just your run of the mill Dad, who's seen it all... I missed the signs of my own Daughter's depression which ended up with her in the hospital. Seeing your child suffer will hit you like a ton of bricks, and leaves you with more questions than you can ask in a life time. What it seems to boil down too, is people need someone to listen, someone to truly hear them, understand and offer compassion. I want to be that Dad... not just for my own kids but for every kid or adult who needs someone to stop, and just take moment to hear what they have to say.
