...See more Hi I’m Dae, and I’m terrified I’m going back down a bad road. Last year I went about a month straight that I got blackout drunk every night, and I’m terrified that I’m going back there. I can’t seem to just casually drink, I’m either drunk or I’m not drinking. I just drank for the first tome in a few months the other night, and since then I’ve just wanted to drink again. Any tips is greatly appreciated!

...See more Hey! I’m Dae (pronounces like day). I use she/they pronouns, I have pschitsoaffective (?) disorder, extremes anxiety and panic disorder. I’m 22 now but have been self harming since I was 10, and I’m really trying to get better. It’s just hard sometimes.
