I am a 60+ woman who has gone through trauma, loss, anxiety and depression through this journey. I have learned some things along the way that I wish I had known when I was younger! During the bleak times I lacked support and I want to be that for someone else. One thing I know for sure in this life is that we were born to be of use to others.
