Hello, I'm Dan, I'm 25, living in Portsmouth and working in a factory. My hobbies include photography and gaming and I love animals and science so you can say I'm bit of a geek. I've had some form of depression for as long as I can remember, peaking in school, during my unemployment and whenever I had problems with relationships. But now I feel like I'm in control of my mind and I'm starting to make something of my life.
Over the years I've learnt a lot about depression and I feel I'm in a position where I can help others understand it, I have no professional training so I'm more here to listen to you and help out as much as I can.
