Bio

There is no greater demonstration of strength than asking for help. My graduate research explored the lived experience of collision trauma, witnessing horror, depression, and PTSD affecting commercial truck drivers. My work also touched on depression, family conflict, grief, loss, recovery struggles, and exploring mental health maintenance practices.
