Bio
Hello! Everyone needs someone to talk to once in awhile.
What can I expect in my chat session?
-The session will begin with introductions and explanation of the time frame. I'll ask a few general questions to see what you are wanting to talk about today. Just like if you went to a mental health professional, not everyone is a good match. If I feel I'm not a good match for you, I'll refer you to speak with someone else. In most cases, I can be a great person to talk to.
What times are you available?
-Due to other responsibilities, I may not be immediately available. Please send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
How many people do you speak with at once?
-I only have one chat at a time. I want to focus my whole attention on that one person.
What problems can I come to you with?
-Situational Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Test Anxiety, Family Stress, Financial Stress, Breakups, College Life. This list will be extended as I expand my repertoire.
Is there anything I shouldn't come to you with?
-At this time, I am unable to help with Suicidal, Animal Abuse, LGBTQ, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Parenting, Perinatal Mood Disorder, and Self Harm. This list may lessen or grow over time.
