She's very nice, not trying too had to be super positive, which is often annoying. She's understanding and helpful.
I came to her with a problem that I cant talk to anyone about, and she related with me. I felt like I was talking to a friend, which made me feel more comfortable about the situation. She is upfront and I appreciate that. She definitely helped me lift a burden off of my chest!

She can be very "to the point", which can be helpful for some, but might take you with surprise at first. Alia has a very logical approach to your problems, and has a great attitude. Overall awesome and super helpful!
