...See more I’m on a journey. I don’t know what it’s going to look like in the end but I’ve decided it’s what I’m going to do so I’m going to stick to it. I want to become a better human. I know you’re on this journey too. It’s why we’re here. So I want to hear from all of you. What ways are we challenging ourselves to become our best selves? Anything counts. Brushing your teeth twice a day too having more conversations with that one friend who makes us feel whole. I urge you, however, to share something difficult you did or are doing. Something that wasn’t easy but you’re proud of. How has it changed your life? And if you haven’t done something like that yet. What might that something be for you? I’ll go first. For me. I quit porn and masturbation. This was significant because it was something I’d spend hours doing or would drop everything to do if the mood struck multiple times a day. When I decided to do better for myself It was the first thing I let go off. Since then I feel proud. It was hard not to succumb to my urges but it was a massive stepping stone in proving to myself I could control my urges and that growth was possible if I was truly committed to it. Don’t be afraid to get personal! Be inspiring! Let us celebrate all of our victories together. Big or small
