...See more Everyday feels like and endless survival mode. My head is like a computer's recycle bin with the garbage file that keeps piling up but never get cleaned up. Life after 35 has surely changed. Both in a good way and in a bad way. In the last five years I have unlocked new roles in my life, as a husband and as a father. Both of it has made significant changes in my life.  It makes me happier. I've got a chance to build my own family that I never imagined before.  It makes me depressed, these roles come with big responsibilities. Not to mention, marriage apparently triggers the childhood trauma that I never thought I have it.  Life recently feels like an endless survival. Surviving from one day to another. Every topic becomes a trigger of anxiety. Money talks, family events, prioritization, I feel like I have to non-stop anticipating things and drama.  I can't remember the last time I breathe lightly. Not taking deep breath to keep grounded. Do you ever feel like you're surviving, not living?

...See more Nowadays it is even hard just to talk like how I did with my old friends. There are still few who still replying but not like they used to be, just a one liner, short response. I miss the connection and conversation that I used to have with my old friends when I need to channel everything in my head. Do you miss talking to your old friends ?
