Hello there,
You can call me 'Rose' but, I'm here to help other people who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD. I know what it's like with those issues and how frustrating they are on a daily basis. I know what it's like to feel alone, misunderstood, and feel off from everyone else. I want to be able to help others through their issues even if it's just hearing them out because everyone deserves to be heard without judgment.
I also wanted to help those who are dealing with race and gender-related issues because, as a black woman I understand those challenges. I could help by listening and showing empathy.
