...See more I have so many things to do. I can't keep track of anything. I try to make lists but I always lose them. I can't focus on a single task for more than a few moments. My inability to function has caused me so many panic attacks. I've lived in my house for three years and I still haven't finished moving in. I am so overwhelmed. I don't know where to put anything. I don't know where to find anything. This house has caused me so much pain and anxiety that I want to start over, but I cannot sell it. I'm so lost and I don't know what to do.

...See more I have so many things to do that I cannot do anything. I cannot start a task because a hundred tasks lie before it. I cannot focus on task A because I am obsessing about task B. I can't switch to task B because I might as well skip to task C. I get so frustrated and angry that I shut down and do absolutely nothing. Distracted by thousands of racing thoughts in my head. It even took me eight hours to log on to 7 cups today. I've tried to test my blood sugar at least five times today but every time I get up off my couch, I forget what I was doing. I cannot keep living like this.
