...See more It’s like no matter how hard I try to avoid it I can’t. No matter what I do I still feel stressed and it’s like just a lingering feeling under my skin. Like I can be having a great time and relaxing and just under the surface I feel so much fear and dread and horror. It’s so distressing. I try to avoid it but it sits there under near my skin. I feel it in my chest. That pain and fear just sits there.
