I'm a father, a veteran, a brother, a son, and a husband. I believe that the sharing of knowledge is the only way to overcome some challenges. We all go through different trials and we find ways to beat those obstacles. That information needs to be shared. I have dealt with alcoholism in my family as well as suffered from it. I battle with anxiety and depression, but have learned successful techniques and I believe I can help. If not, at least I can be an avenue for others to share their emotions and maybe work through issues together.
