...See more Im mid divorce for three years lawyers are taking there sweet time. My 20 yr relationship ending in divorce is affectibg my new relationships. I definitely have deal breakers and wont go forward in something not working. I have two kids and dont like how my bf of a year and a half complains about them. He is not a parent and my kids i believe are pretty awesome kids. He is very picky, almost wants them robotic, kids arent like that. We dont live together but ge comes over often. This has made me sad. I waitws to i teoduce them but now i wish i had known sooner and did t invest my heart. Unless he changes (but he doesnt think he is doing anything wrong to criticize my parenting g and my kids constantly) i cant see us living together. We had a couples counselor but he doesnt listen to her advice to focus on bonding with the kids. He doesnt naturally bond with my kids like others i have dated before him. My kids even notice this and mention it. Really not sure what to do. I feel i met my soulmate but it wont work with his inflexible attitude with my kids
