Hey everyone! My name is Hallie, I’m 22 years old, and I have Bipolar Disorder I. For a long time, I have allowed my disorder to define every aspect of my life, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I decided it’s time for a new outlook on my disorder, to allow myself to gain back my life and learn how to coexist with it rather than looking at it likes it’s my kryptonite.

I was diagnosed at 18 with bipolar disorder but, I never took it seriously and allowed it to ruin several relationships and opportunities in my life. I finally decided to put my foot down and fight for myself and find the best of life once more! I was wondering if anyone was able to benefit from or found a great therapist on this app that specialize on these types of disorders? Thanks in advance!
