...See more Ive been really anxious most of my life, and it has gotten worse in the past year. It has made working difficult. I had panic attacks and extremely tight body language which doesnt work well in a retail environment, and that makes me feel even more ashamed of myself which makes the anxiety worse. My boss is hunkering down on the vibe of the store and I feel really badly because Im still anxious and angry quite a bit. It is much better than it used to be but Im worried that my coworkers feel burnt out by it, and Im worried that its threatening my job. Im going to therapy, Im trying meds and Im trying to be balanced and listen to where I want to be. It just feels like I need to get out of where I work, and that both feels good and doesnt. I want to travel and work. I want to be perceived as a calm and flexible person, but Im worried my job is causing me a ton of anxiety. Its not hard, and I make decent money so I keep trying to make it work, but it just keeps feeling wrong.
