📣 7 Cups Project Agent for the AL Team

Helping grow a stronger, more engaged community through listening.

🔹 As a Project Agent, my role is to promote meaningful programs like the Active Listening Tests, encourage participation, and support listeners in their learning journey.

🔹 I work closely with the Outreach Team to make sure members and listeners are aware of the tools and opportunities that can help them grow  especially those who want to take on leadership roles.

🔍 My focus as a Project Agent:

🔹 Spread awareness about the importance of Active Listening in 7 Cups.

🔹 Support the completion of Active Listening Tests within the community.

🔹 Guide listeners in understanding how these tests contribute to their personal and professional development.

🔹 Contribute to a culture of growth, reflection, and continuous learning.

🔹 Record and track outreach progress to strengthen our programs.

🌟 Creating spaces to socialize, communicate and most importantly, have fun!

🔹 I organize weekly community gaming sessions to strengthen the connection between members.

🔹 Check out the Community Calendar, where you'll find the date, time, and game that will be played during each session.

🔹 15 minutes before each game, I post an announcement in all groups so that no one misses out.

🔸 Sessions are held in the Playground group

🔸To make the most of the session, make sure you arrive on time. Arriving late could cause you to miss the start of the activities or miss some dynamics.

🔸 Respect the scheduled time so that all participants can enjoy the game without interruptions.
