...See more I'm glad this resource is here. It's only been in the last few weeks that I've really acknowledged that I'm a disordered eating, and that I am a binge eater. I was doing well over the last 10 days but the past couple of days I've found it really, really hard. I had a binge today and the guilt I feel from it is overwhelming - I don't know what to do. I'm trying to do all the coping strategies, but I'm so overwhelmed right now, it's difficult. You know? I felt like just coming here and writing it down. Thanks.

...See more I notice this thread hasn't been that active, but I wondered if anyone is looking for accountability buddy (or buddies!) - I love to keep fit, I'm really into strength training right now, and used to be a runner. I have a real problem with healthy eating, though, and tend to sabotage myself - I would really love it if anyone wants to just connect to help me, and vice versa? Thanks :)
