resoucefulDew has been really helpful for me- I have a guilty past that I find so hard to live with. resoucefulDew has made me think differently about myself- I am now looking back at my younger self and saying "I forgive you" I may not be totally forgiving of my younger self yet, but I am more forgiving of me today than I was yesterday, thanks to resoucefulDew.
