...See more Recently I took on a job that requires me to lead a group and take leadership. Having dealt with anxiety for years, this was a huge step out of my comfort zone. Truthfully, I still get anxious. However, I think it has been one of the most positive life changing decisions I have made! Public speaking has always been a fear of mine and now I do it for my job! I just hope anyone who reads this finds hope that change and taking a chance can be worth it. And can help with feelings of anxiety even when it seems impossible.
