...See more I dont know if im really depressed as i just feel persistent loneliness and sadness it was off for weeks and months then now its been 2 days that i feel sad with low esteem for myself and i might say this affect with my breakup 7months ago. The unexpected scenarios came and i wasnt really expecting nor ready about it. Disappoints and what not. Affected me so much as i just genuinely love my person. ☹️ how i wish i can forget the part that we met cause its still painful specially i gave my heart full with trust. I take no medication i feel anxiety building up. Some dreams with waking up palpitations and panic attacks. No meds i cant get to share it to someone as well as they might aide comment me thats itll pass and so on do this and do that. But i dont think they do really understand how i feel. As much as im trying my best recover and make distraction to my sadness here i am its eating me up. 😢
