I’ve lived fast and hard. Traveled to 13 countries, worked as a nurse and first responder, and suffered in every imaginable way. I have a bachelors degree in business, I’ve had four children, loved & lost, been betrayed by those I’ve loved.
Depression, anxiety, loneliness, divorce, ptsd, self isolation, anorexia, where is god, death of loved ones, demisexual, insomnia, chronic pain, broken bones, you name it really.
I’ve pulled myself up from the depths of despair more than once and you can too!
