I have a background in Clinical Psychology, however, all of my schooling. training, and years of working with certain populations couldn’t prepare me for the hands on experience of being a survivor of abuse. My experience has taught me that we aren’t survivors we are warriors, and “there is no charm equal to the tenderness of the heart.” :)
